John Wilder, Chairman
C. John Wilder is executive chairman of Bluescape Resources. Wilder’s prior achievements include spearheading two of the energy industry’s most successful financial and operational turnarounds. As chairman of the board and chief executive officer of TXU Corp., Wilder transformed one of the nation’s largest energy companies over a four-year period from a bottom-quartile regulated monopoly to a competitive, high-performance industrial enterprise. Under his leadership, TXU delivered 70% annualized returns to shareholders and ranked 7th best in the S&P 500. While chief financial officer at Entergy Corporation, Wilder spurred improvements that provided annualized returns that exceeded the returns of the S&P 500 by 18-fold.

Douglas Strebel, President
Strebel is a President of Bluescape Resources and is the founder and CEO of Black River Capital, a leading energy focused investment bank with deep transactional and operating experience. In his role, Strebel will be leading the execution of the Company’s strategic initiatives. Strebel is an experienced executive, investment banker and tax attorney with a focus on energy industry. Prior to Bluescape Resources and Black River Capital, Strebel was a director of Credit Suisse First Boston and worked 18 years for Shell in various positions.

Donald Campo is the Chief Operating Officer of Bluescape Resources. Campo is an industry and technical leader in well construction for the oil and gas sector. Prior to Bluescape Resources, Campo worked 32 years for Shell Oil and has drilled over 1,900 wells with over 99% success rate.

Jonathan Siegler is Chief Financial Officer of Bluescape Resources. In his prior capacity as a senior vice president of Mergers and Acquisitions of TXU, Siegler helped to transform TXU from a regulated monopoly to an industrial energy company. Prior to TXU, Siegler was an engagement manager in the Houston office of McKinsey & Company and served as a lieutenant aboard the nuclear-powered ballistic missile submarine.
